Parul is a dynamic and passionate lawyer at Bozai Law Professional Corporation. Her practice areas are Immigration Law and Family Law. 

She obtained her Bachelors of Arts (B.A) degree with Honours in Political Science from University of Delhi. She has 10 years of experience in Family Law, Real Estate Law and Corporate Law before immigrating to Canada.

After arriving in Canada, she went on to broaden her horizon and successfully completed her Immigration Practitioners Program. She obtained broad range of experience in Canadian Immigration Law after completing her entry to practice as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. She has assisted clients with practical solutions for permanent residency applications, temporary resident visas including Student Visas and Visitors Visa, sponsorship applications, Provincial Nominee Programs, Start-up Visa amongst others. She has assisted corporate clients and business to bring temporary workers and join their workforce.

Parul finished the process of validating her academic qualification through NCA and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.  

Before joining Bozai Law, she worked with a family law firm in Mississauga where she was exposed to various complex family law matters. Her practice included issues surrounding property divisions, child support, spousal support, separation agreements, parenting time and decision-making responsibility.   

Parul is a compassionate lawyer and appreciative listener. Her sociable personality makes her connect with clients on a meaningful level. She is committed to providing clients with the highest level of service during emotional and stressful court proceedings. Her client-based approach makes her a successful negotiator to attain a reasonable settlement for her clients.
